Welcome to my portfolio
During my degree I specialised in mould making. I enjoyed the process of methodically making a perfect mould. The pigs above are cast in Parian clay. I chose Parian initially because of its self glazing properties. However, I then fell in love the soft, marble like feel.

This led me to experiment with how Parian would respond on the wheel. The results were disappointing, as it has little plasticity. Not willing to give up I have conducted hundreds of tests to develop a Parian clay body mix that I can throw with.

All the pieces are unique. I often throw in batches of colour, so get in touch to find out what what colour combinations I’m working on. I often post my current projects on Instagram.
